I was not interested. I had a
running recording studio, my apartment, my life, and I had my own ideas what to
do with MY share of MY building. Ruth and John Samuelson came to me. They
came with an offer they thought was equitable. Samuelson offered around $725K. I
thought to myself ,who is this man-I have more debt than that in my obligation
to my studio. They did not know my life and financial realities. They
deemed it the right time to make me so fortunate with their pathetic offer. I
never went to her and offered my building. I wanted them to leave me alone. I
always and still own my 50%. Don't believe the fairy tales Ruth creates from
week to week. I never wanted, and I NEVER would sell my property to Ruth Abram!
